Job Description & Requirements

As we prepare for our opening in Q1 2026, we seek a dedicated Outlet Supervisor to support daily operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and ensure service excellence across our food & beverage outlet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily outlet operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service in line with hotel standards.
  • Lead, train, and motivate service staff to deliver consistent guest experiences and uphold service excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with Marriott International standards, policies, and operational procedures.
  • Monitor service flow, guest satisfaction, and cleanliness standards, taking corrective action when required.
  • Assist in staff scheduling, attendance monitoring, and manpower planning to meet operational needs.
  • Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Coordinate closely with kitchen, bar, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Support inventory control, stock requisitions, and cost management to minimize wastage and losses.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
  • Assist the Outlet Manager in achieving revenue targets, upselling initiatives, and service improvements.


Requirements

  • Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within a 4-5 star hotel or reputable F&B establishment, preferably in a pre-opening environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food & beverage service standards and operational procedures.
  • Familiarity with Marriott International standards and brand compliance requirements is an advantage.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to train, coach, and motivate a diverse service team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong guest-centric mindset.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle guest concerns confidently and professionally, ensuring service recovery.
  • Flexible with working hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shift work.
  • Professional, well-groomed, and service-driven, representing the outlet and hotel positively at all times.
