Job Description

Operations & Service

  • Supervise daily food and beverage service to ensure high standards of quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures of outlets
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and sanitation regulations
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally

Staff Supervision & Training

  • Lead, schedule, and motivate service staff
  • Train new employees on service standards, menu knowledge, and safety procedures
  • Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback
  • Enforce company policies, grooming, and service standards

Inventory & Cost Control

  • Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering food, beverages, and supplies
  • Minimize waste and control costs through proper portioning and inventory practices
  • Assist in stock counts and reporting shortages or discrepancies

Sales & Guest Experience

  • Promote menu items, specials, and upselling techniques
  • Ensure consistent presentation of food and beverages
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment

Administration & Reporting

  • Prepare daily reports (sales, staff attendance, incidents)
  • Support management with budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Health, Safety & Compliance

  • Enforce food safety standards
  • Ensure staff follow health and safety procedures
  • Report maintenance or safety issues promptly
