- Lead, schedule, and motivate service staff

Inventory & Cost Control
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering food, beverages, and supplies
- Minimize waste and control costs through proper portioning and inventory practices
- Assist in stock counts and reporting shortages or discrepancies
Sales & Guest Experience
- Promote menu items, specials, and upselling techniques
- Ensure consistent presentation of food and beverages
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment
Administration & Reporting
- Prepare daily reports (sales, staff attendance, incidents)
- Support management with budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Enforce food safety standards
- Ensure staff follow health and safety procedures
