Job Description

Your Tasks:

  • Process, arrange and track all sales orders with customers
  • Coordinate and track all purchase orders with our headquarters in Germany
  • Handle maintenance of supplier information and vendor-code related documents
  • Manage import/export activities within the order processing workflow
  • Maintain accurate records by inputting all data generated in the order processing workflow into the ERP system or other relevant files
  • Ensure healthy margin is maintained to facilitate transparent and efficient transactions
  • Oversee the dunning process to manage outstanding balances effectively
  • Take stock and ensure that loan equipment agreements are in order
  • Maintain and update the inventory list, overseeing write-offs when necessary
  • Manage accounts payable duties, including employees claims
  • Ensure timely payment remittance to maintain healthy financial relationships
  • Provide essential support for audit processes by preparing the required documentation promptly
  • Additional tasks can be added upon request

Your Skills:

  • At least 5 years of working experience as an internal sales assistant or office assistant with a focus on accounting tasks
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in business studies, accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Excellent self-organization skills and a proactive approach to tasks
  • Intercultural competence with the ability to collaborate effectively in diverse teams
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Dynamic, highly motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Proven interpersonal skills and the ability to foster positive working relationships
