Responsibilities:
Business assistant and Inside sales responsibilities
- Generate sales reports for CMPT Sales team, including reports required for weekly operation meeting
- Meeting and calendar maintenance
- Leave management for CMPT SEA team - update leave movement for CMPT SEA team
- Assist in IT related matters for CMPT SEA team- raise IT ticket when needed on behalf of team members
- Provide support in organizing key meetings and regional events
- Support key purchase for CMPT SEA team
- Customer invoice and general invoice management
- Travel booking and hotel arrangement for team members
- Assist in employees onboarding and offboarding
- Incoming visitors administrative and local logistic support
- New vendor creation into SAP system
- Tier 2 customer account management
- Attend to new product enquiries
- Liaise with internal stakeholders for distributor support including product enquiries, product training etc.
Job Qualification
Technical/Professional Knowledge and Skills:
- 5-10 years of work experience, with experience in supporting sales team at regional level. Proficient with written and spoken English
- Experience in Business administration, Customer service or Inside sales preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft office (PowerPoint and Excel)
- Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce is a plus
- Must have good interpersonal skills with Positive, Proactive, and Can-do attitude
- Collaborative and competent at managing internal and external stakeholders
Education/Certifications:
- Diploma/Degree in business administration or engineering discipline
