In order to support our subsidiary in Singapore, we are looking for a motivated individual as

Order Processing and Controlling Assistant

After extensive training, you will take over the following tasks

. Process, arrange and track all sales orders with customers.
. Coordinate and track all purchase orders with our headquarters in Germany.
. Handle maintenance of supplier information and vendor-code related documents.
. Manage import/export activities within the order processing workflow.
. Maintain accurate records by inputting all data generated in the order processing workflow into the ERP system or other relevant files.
. Ensure healthy margin is maintained to facilitate transparent and efficient transactions.

. Oversee the dunning process to manage outstanding balances effectively.

. Take stock and ensure that loan equipment agreements are in order.
. Maintain and update the inventory list, overseeing write-offs when necessary.

. Manage accounts payable duties, including employees claims

. Ensure timely payment remittance to maintain healthy financial relationships.
. Provide essential support for audit processes by preparing the required documentation promptly.
. Additional tasks can be added upon request

Your Skills

  • At least 5 years of working experience as an internal sales assistant or office assistant with a focus on accounting tasks.
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in business studies, accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Excellent self-organization skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Intercultural competence with the ability to collaborate effectively in diverse teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Dynamic, highly motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Proven interpersonal skills and the ability to foster positive working relationships.
