Job Responsibilities
- Manage and process all purchase orders (POs), ensuring timely fulfilment
- Oversee shipments to ensure on-time delivery and proper closure
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date shipment records with high data integrity
- Prepare and share daily/weekly PO status reports with internal stakeholders
- Coordinate closely with warehouses and/or service providers on all shipping operations related to order fulfilment
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders involved in fulfilment operations (B2B Peripherals Fulfilment)
- Support other fulfilment-related tasks as assigned
Pre-Requisites
- Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience in order fulfilment or a similar role
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across regional teams, warehouses, and service providers
- Independent, resourceful, and capable of making sound decisions in fulfilment operations
- Highly committed to ensuring POs are fulfilled within the shortest possible lead time
- Meticulous, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret quantitative data related to fulfilment tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Hands-on experience with SAP (SD module)
