Responsibilities:

  • Key point-of-contact for customer enquiries and follow-ups
  • Perform regular screening of customers and ensure compliance
  • Maintain regular contact with government agencies
  • Support sales by calling customers as frequently as possible for advance stock ordering
  • Keep customers very updated on the delivery details and all other necessary information.
  • Back up for Logistics Planner

Requirements:

  • At least Diploma in business, SCM or related discipline
  • Internal external stakeholders engagement experience
  • SAP experience a must esp in OTC (Order to Cash) SD (Sales & Distribution) processes
  • Experience in handling high volume transactions ( 200 Sales Order Line Item & purchase Order Line Item a month
  • Experience in managing a customer service team a plus, or provide guidance in resolving customer service related issues
