Responsibilities:
- Key point-of-contact for customer enquiries and follow-ups
- Perform regular screening of customers and ensure compliance
- Maintain regular contact with government agencies
- Support sales by calling customers as frequently as possible for advance stock ordering
- Keep customers very updated on the delivery details and all other necessary information.
- Back up for Logistics Planner
Requirements:
- At least Diploma in business, SCM or related discipline
- Internal external stakeholders engagement experience
- SAP experience a must esp in OTC (Order to Cash) SD (Sales & Distribution) processes
- Experience in handling high volume transactions ( 200 Sales Order Line Item & purchase Order Line Item a month
- Experience in managing a customer service team a plus, or provide guidance in resolving customer service related issues
