Work closely with cross-functional team on executing the sales.
Communicate pro-actively with customers on execution details such as shipment period, payment etc.
Prioritise daily tasks and follow up on problem resolution that ensures customer satisfaction.
Interact with internal/external parties to resolve issues accordingly and respond to the request clearly and concisely within an appropriate time frame.
Investigate and resolve regular/ad-hoc requests or complaints.
Process SAP sales order management transactions (create, change, cancel) and corresponding reporting tools.
Participate in process improvement program as directed by the Team Leader or Supply Chain team.
Understand and implement GMP + B3 and RSPO in daily tasks.
Job Requirements
Minimum bachelors degree in any field, preferably in logistics/supply chain management.
