Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Work closely with cross-functional team on executing the sales.
  • Communicate pro-actively with customers on execution details such as shipment period, payment etc.
  • Prioritise daily tasks and follow up on problem resolution that ensures customer satisfaction.
  • Interact with internal/external parties to resolve issues accordingly and respond to the request clearly and concisely within an appropriate time frame.
  • Investigate and resolve regular/ad-hoc requests or complaints.
  • Process SAP sales order management transactions (create, change, cancel) and corresponding reporting tools.
  • Participate in process improvement program as directed by the Team Leader or Supply Chain team.
  • Understand and implement GMP + B3 and RSPO in daily tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum bachelors degree in any field, preferably in logistics/supply chain management.
  • Have minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in SAP modules.
