About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the overall business operations of Essence of Beauty and Luxury Pte Ltd. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, operational excellence, and a strategic mindset to drive service quality, efficiency, and sustainable business growth in Singapore's beauty and luxury service industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operational activities across outlets and departments to ensure smooth and efficient workflows
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational policies, procedures, and service standards
- Lead, train, and evaluate team performance to ensure high productivity and service quality
- Monitor operational KPIs, business performance, and cost efficiency
- Prepare operational reports and performance analysis for management review
- Coordinate with management on business planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, or a related field
- 3+ years of relevant experience in operations, retail, beauty, luxury, or service industry
- Proven experience in team leadership and operational management
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of operational workflows and performance management
