Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities

. Oversee all aspects of commercial cleaning project operations, develop operational plans, and coordinate on-site service quality and efficiency.

. Manage Operations Supervisors and field teams, handle recruitment, foundational training, and performance monitoring to build an efficient operational team.

. Lead implementation of WSH safety management, advance NEA certification applications, and ensure full compliance with Singaporean regulations throughout operations.

. Engage key clients through regular follow-ups to address core concerns, enhance satisfaction, and increase contract renewals.

. Monitor project labor and material costs, optimize operational workflows, propose cost-saving and efficiency improvements to ensure project profitability.

. Collaborate with business development teams to provide operational solutions for projects and manage operational details for tenders.

Requirements

. 3-5 years of experience in Singapore's cleaning or facility management industry, including 1-2 years as Operations Manager or equivalent managerial role.

. Must possess comprehensive operational coordination experience for commercial projects (office buildings, industrial parks, commercial complexes).

. Proficient in Singapore WSH (Work Safety and Health) regulations and on-site management standards, capable of independently handling MOM/WSH inspections.

. Demonstrated excellence in team management, cost control, and client relationship maintenance fluent in both English and Mandarin.

. Candidates with NEA certification application experience or government project operations background will be prioritized.
