Job Summary

Lead and manage a team of technicians to deliver project outcomes that meet client specifications and safety standards. Drive client-centric sales engagement and manage service contracts to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team of technicians to achieve project delivery objectives and maintain high performance standards
  • Plan and allocate manpower and logistics resources effectively to meet project timelines and operational needs
  • Enforce adherence to safety guidelines, standard operating procedures, and operational standards to ensure a safe work environment
  • Oversee on-site project execution to ensure compliance with project specifications and client expectations
  • Prioritize client needs by actively listening and engaging to identify specific challenges and deliver tailored solutions
  • Build and maintain trust with clients through genuine interactions and consistent follow-up to enhance client satisfaction
  • Anticipate client objections and prepare confident, solution-oriented responses to facilitate successful sales outcomes
  • Manage, evaluate, and renew service and maintenance contracts to sustain long-term client relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless contract execution and enhance client satisfaction
  • Partner with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements that increase operational efficiency
  • Drive continuous enhancement of technical skills within the team to maintain high competency levels
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor products to inform strategic decisions and maintain competitive advantage
