Prioritizes and manages multiple projects simultaneously and follows through on issues in a timely manner.
Completes special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements planning, arranging, and meeting schedules monitoring results.
Analyzes information received to determine significance and to plan required dissemination.
Spearheads vendor/supplier meetings to ensure adherence to agreed requirements or modifications.
Procures services, supplies and equipment for assigned projects.
Reviews and summarizes necessary reports and documents prepares and creates documents / outgoing mail as necessary.
Manages multiple calendar activities that require interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants, including top management, to coordinate a variety of complex executive meetings.
Reviews operating practices and procedures in order to determine whether improvements can be made in areas such as workflow, reporting procedures, or expenditures.
Any other essential function that may occur from time to time as directed by the Director
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business management or administrative management
Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
Experience budgeting and forecasting
Familiarity with business and financial principles
