Operations, Manager (Warehouse)

A Day in the Life:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Support project teams in implementing projects on-site and ensure operational readiness.
• Plan, coordinate, and deploy manpower according to project and operational needs.
• Conduct staff briefing and debriefing to ensure clear communication of project requirements and expectations.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and safe work practices during warehouse and on-site operations.
• Monitor and maintain accurate warehouse inventory, including stock movement and control.
• Propose and implement improvements to warehouse processes, inventory management, and manpower utilization.
• Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of warehouse systems, equipment, furniture, and materials.
• Prepare quotations for internal and external clients and follow up to secure projects at competitive pricing.
• Work closely with internal departments to support project execution and operational requirements.
• Support the Head of Warehouse in managing the warehouse P&L, to ensure that the department stays profitable.

Who We are Looking For:

• Diploma in Event Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the exhibits, interior, logistics, or warehouse industry
• Prior supervisory or team management experience preferred.
• Experience in logistics or warehouse management will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point) to perform and support daily tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Good knowledge of inventory control and warehouse safety practices.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple operational priorities.
