You will oversee daily worker operations and logistics in construction projects, ensuring smooth site submissions and effective workforce deployment while motivating and monitoring attendance to support project success.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily worker activities to maintain smooth site operations and productivity
- Coordinate drivers and lorry schedules to ensure timely delivery and transport logistics
- Prepare and handle site submission paperwork to comply with operational requirements
- Motivate workers and monitor attendance to maintain workforce engagement and reliability
- Follow up on the deployment of workers to new client jobsites to ensure proper staffing and project continuity
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Demonstrate at least 1 year of relevant experience in construction safety to support safe work environments
- Communicate effectively in two languages, delivering clear written and oral messages for diverse teams
- Exhibit self-starting ability by working independently with confidence and enthusiasm
- Manage tasks efficiently under tight deadlines and fast-paced conditions to meet project demands
