Full-Time Assistant Kids Club Operations Crew

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable Assistant Operations Crew to support the daily operations of our premium Kids Club.

Responsibilities

• Support daily kids club operations, including facilities, classes, and activities

• Manage front counter duties (greeting parents, registrations, enquiries, payments)

• Assist with birthday parties, events, and school holiday programmes

• Facilitate camps

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of facilities such as play areas and activity rooms

• Assist with set-up and clean-up for classes, parties, and events

• Support light caf duties when needed

Requirements

• Friendly and comfortable interacting with children and parents

• Able to work weekends and peak periods (rotational off days)

• Good teamwork and communication skills

• Responsible and willing to learn

• Prior experience in kids clubs, retail, caf, or hospitality is a plus (not required)
