Job Overview

The Operations Manager will work closely with the General Manager to oversee store performance, support frontline teams, and maintain operational excellence across our Singapore outlets. You'll be a key part of the leadership team, helping to implement systems, drive service quality, and support team development as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

. Operational Oversight: Assist with day-to-day operations across outlets, ensuring smooth workflows and adherence to Supergreen standards.

. Team Support & Development: Work with store managers to train and motivate staff, fostering a positive and high-performing team culture.

. Customer Experience: Monitor service quality and customer feedback work with teams to continuously improve the in-store experience.

. Inventory & Supply Chain: Oversee ordering processes, stock levels, and vendor coordination to ensure consistent product availability.

. Performance Monitoring: Track sales, labor efficiency, and other KPIs support in implementing strategies to optimize performance.

. Compliance & Standards: Ensure outlets comply with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and company policies.

. Project Involvement: Support in new store launches, staff onboarding, and operational projects as the brand expands.

Requirements

. 2-4 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably in a multi-store or supervisory role.

. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a hands-on, proactive approach.

. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

. Able to work flexible hours and travel between outlets as needed.

. Passion for food, health, and sustainability is a plus.
