Job Description
- Oversee and manage the company's day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient business activities.
- Develop, implement, and monitor operational strategies, procedures, and SOPs to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams including procurement, project, administration, inventory, and support functions.
- Monitor project execution, operational performance, manpower requirements, and resource allocation.
- Manage operational budgets, project costs, expenses, and cost-control initiatives.
- Coordinate with management, clients, suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project and business execution.
- Review procurement requirements, supplier performance, quotations, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.
- Identify operational risks, delays, and inefficiencies and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Establish and monitor KPIs for operational teams and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Ensure proper inventory, equipment, tools, and material management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety requirements, quality standards, and applicable Singapore regulations.
- Support management in business planning, process improvement, manpower planning, and strategic decision-making.
- Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce operational costs and improve service quality.
