Operational Management: Oversee TCM physicians within the company. Develop and manage staff rosters to ensure efficient resource allocation and seamless clinic operations. Monitor and evaluate the performance of TCM physicians and therapists, providing feedback and actionable improvement plans. Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards relevant to TCM practice.
Staff Training and Development: Design and implement training programs for TCM professionals, including physicians and therapists, to enhance their clinical and customer service skills. Conduct regular workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to keep staff updated on the latest developments in TCM. Mentor new and existing team members to align with company values and professional standards.
Innovation and Strategic Initiatives: Identify and implement innovative ideas to improve clinic operations, enhance patient experience, and drive business growth. Collaborate with the leadership team to introduce new services, treatments, or technologies in alignment with market trends and company goals. Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Performance and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to clinic operations and staff performance. Prepare and present regular operational reports to the leadership team. Recommend and execute improvements based on performance data and feedback.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to promote new services and initiatives. Partner with the HR department for recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities. Build strong relationships with external partners and vendors to support clinic needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field additional certification in TCM is an advantage.
Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the healthcare or wellness industry.
Strong understanding of Traditional Chinese Medicine practices and principles.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to think strategically and implement innovative ideas.
Proficient in using operational tools and software to manage schedules, performance, and reporting.
Familiarity with local regulations governing TCM practice in Singapore.
