- Product ranges, ratio, and display standard Support regional initiatives to align operational standards and elevate customer experience
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and best practices between Hong Kong and Singapore teams to strengthen operational consistency across markets
- Act as a certified Train-the-Trainer, delivering structured onboarding and ongoing training
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints effectively.
Identifying local Clothing & Home business experts in Singapore
- Clothing & Home experts equipped with the necessary skills, knowledge and standard to run Clothing & Home stores in high standard independently
- Enhance compliance policies and training and SOP execution to improve operational workflows at store level.
Collaborate with the experts to set up a sustainable framework to maintain high standard in Clothing & Home business, and alternately elevate Clothing & Home business ratio in Singapore
- Product ranges, ratio, and display standard
- Support visual merchandising and Full Price vs Reduced Price stock management strategies to optimize sales performance
- Support the strategic growth of the C&H division in Singapore and beyond
- Monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reporting metrics to upper management.
Education:
- Diploma or above in C&H service management, retail management or a related discipline
Minimum Experience and Knowledge:
- At least 3 years experience within a managerial role in Clothing & Home business management
- Experience in delivering a high standard of Clothing & Home display and product ranges
- Proven track record of improvement of C&H standards
- Ability to communicate well in English
