Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Operations Manager based in Singapore, with the flexibility of some remote work. The Operations Manager will oversee daily business operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and strategic alignment across teams. Responsibilities will include managing workflows, supervising staff, improving operational processes, and collaborating with management to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Operations management experience, including process improvement, workflow coordination, and team supervision
• Strong leadership, organizational, and strategic planning skills
• Proficiency in communication and stakeholder management, with the ability to coordinate across teams
• Experience working in hybrid work environments preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
