Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Administrative Operations Manager based in Singapore. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operational tasks, managing administrative duties, streamlining office processes, and working to enhance operational efficiency. The candidate will also support customer service efforts, coordinate with team members, and manage communication both internally and externally. While the position requires being based in Singapore, there is flexibility to work remotely for a portion of the role.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Operations Management and Administrative Assistance
  • Strong Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with teams and stakeholders
  • Exceptional Customer Service experience with a proactive and client-focused approach
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools such as MS Office and project management platforms
  • Knowledge of management best practices and experience working in a hybrid setup
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
