This is a part-time hybrid role for an Administrative Operations Manager located in Singapore, with flexibility to work from home for part of the role. The Administrative Operations Manager will oversee daily business operations, ensure efficient workflows, and coordinate administrative functions. Responsibilities include managing schedules, improving organizational processes, addressing client inquiries, collaborating with multiple teams, and maintaining smooth operational systems to support company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Operations Management and Analytical Skills to optimize and improve efficiency in processes
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and collaborate effectively with teams
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance, including organizational and scheduling capabilities
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills and adaptability to manage hybrid work environments
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and familiarity with the engineering or training industry is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
