This is a part-time hybrid role located in Singapore, with some flexibility for remote work. The Administrative Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operational activities, ensure efficient workflow, and support administrative tasks. Responsibilities include coordinating processes, maintaining organizational systems, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires a hands-on approach to resolving operational challenges and improving procedures for better efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and optimize operational performance
  • Excellent Communication skills for liaising with team members and stakeholders
  • Experience in Customer Service to address and manage client needs effectively
  • Administrative Assistance skills, including organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to hybrid working environments and utilize remote work tools effectively
  • Experience in process improvement is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
