Operations Manager

In-charge of a few outlets sales performance, human relation matters, service and food quality etc.

To prepare ingredients ready for cooking and cook food for customers.

Provide excellent service and maintain good customer relations.

To replenish, receive and check stocks.

5. ,

Check and maintain the quality of prepared and unprepared food and ensure proper storage of these items.

To ensure cleanliness and hygiene within and around the outlet.

7.

Adhere to personal hygiene and adhere to Risk Management matters.

8.

Collect accurate payment for orders and tries to increase sales.

9. ,

Opening and closing of the outlet as and when scheduled, including preparation, washing etc.

10.

Upkeep all inventories records.

11. ,

Check on quality of food production by instructing the correct procedures of standard recipes to stall assistants.

12. ,,

To ensure that stall assistants comply with their JD, including but not limited to excellent service, ensures high food quality, safety measures etc.
