Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project execution by monitoring timelines, specifications, and quality standards to ensure successful completion.
- Coordinate deployment and scheduling of workers and subcontractors to maintain optimal productivity on site.
- Ensure strict compliance with building regulations such as BCA requirements in Singapore to uphold safety and legal standards.
- Monitor project expenditures by reviewing costs, managing variations, and overseeing procurement processes to control budgets.
- Lead and communicate effectively with project teams including engineers and supervisors to align onsite activities with senior management directives.
