Job Summary
Job Title: Storekeeper
Industry: Healthcare / Social Services (Welfare Home)
Location: Northwest Region
Working Hours: Mon-Thu 8:00AM-5:45PM, Fri 8:00AM-4:45PM (44 hours/week)
Main Responsibilities
Managing inventory and stock control, including proper storage, labelling, and record-keeping.
Monitoring stock levels and ensuring timely replenishment of supplies.
Handling stock issuance, receiving, and verification against delivery orders and invoices.
Maintaining accurate inventory records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
Supporting procurement processes, including raising purchase requisitions.
Coordinating with vendors and internal departments on deliveries and inventory matters.
Conducting stock takes and reconciliation exercises.
Ensuring cleanliness, safety, and organisation of the store.
Providing basic facilities coordination support when required.
Requirements
GCE N / O Level or equivalent, or relevant experience.
1+ years of experience in storekeeping / inventory / logistics preferred.
Basic knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes.
Familiar with Excel or inventory systems.
Detail-oriented with good organisation and record-keeping skills.
Able to coordinate with stakeholders and handle physical store operations.
Require rotating shift work, which may include weekends, night shifts, and public holidays.
