Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operations, including scheduling engineer repair tickets and updating data from customer systems
- Coordinate departmental schedules by maintaining calendars, arranging meetings and supporting workflow planning
- Communicate with customers and external parties to handle enquiries and follow up on requests in a timely manner
- Assist with inventory and hardware management, including spare parts tracking, warehouse coordination and delivery arrangements Maintain accurate and well-organized documentation, both digital and physical
- Provide general administrative support and assist with ad-hoc operational tasks
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum O-Level qualification
- Preferably at least 1 year of experience in administrative or clerical support (junior candidates with relevant exposure are welcome)
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage tasks independently
- Willingness to learn, responsible and able to follow instructions well
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (E.g. Excel, Word)
- Able to communicate in English and Chinese (written and spoken) to liaise with customers
