Job Summary
We are looking for a Cleaning Operations Executive to join our fast-growing cleaning solutions crew, leading and managing cleaning teams to deliver high-quality service, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement across multiple client sites.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily manpower deployment to ensure optimal staffing at cleaning sites
- Monitor and report staff attendance accurately to maintain operational transparency
- Supervise cleaning teams to ensure work quality meets company standards
- Identify service shortfalls and communicate lapses promptly to headquarters for resolution
- Evaluate deployed staff performance and recommend adjustments to HR for workforce optimization
- Manage inventory of consumables and spares to maintain uninterrupted cleaning operations
- Ensure all employees receive proper training and are equipped to perform their roles effectively
- Collaborate closely with site supervisors and project management to align operational goals
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance and service quality
- Oversee resolution of escalated cleaning-related issues to maintain client satisfaction
- Organize and lead safety and toolbox meetings to promote workplace safety awareness
- Motivate onsite teams to enhance productivity and morale
- Participate in client meetings to review service performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Plan daily schedules for stationed cleaners and coordinate periodic tasks for floaters to maximize efficiency
- Enforce adherence to environmental, work, and health safety regulations across all sites
- Manage overall cleaning team operations to achieve service excellence
- Perform additional administrative and operational duties as required
Required competencies and certifications
- Valid driving license (essential for site visits and operational mobility)
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email communication to support operational reporting
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with teams and clients
- Experience leading teams or managing people within the cleaning industry or similar field
- Availability to start immediately or on short notice
- Candidates may be subject to Mid-Career Pathways Programme (MCPP) or Career Conversion Programme (CCP) applications.
