We serve clients from various sectors such as Conservancy, Commercial, Offices, Eateries and Entertainment outlets.

Job Summary
We are looking for a Cleaning Operations Executive to join our fast-growing cleaning solutions crew, leading and managing cleaning teams to deliver high-quality service, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement across multiple client sites.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily manpower deployment to ensure optimal staffing at cleaning sites
  • Monitor and report staff attendance accurately to maintain operational transparency
  • Supervise cleaning teams to ensure work quality meets company standards
  • Identify service shortfalls and communicate lapses promptly to headquarters for resolution
  • Evaluate deployed staff performance and recommend adjustments to HR for workforce optimization
  • Manage inventory of consumables and spares to maintain uninterrupted cleaning operations
  • Ensure all employees receive proper training and are equipped to perform their roles effectively
  • Collaborate closely with site supervisors and project management to align operational goals
  • Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance and service quality
  • Oversee resolution of escalated cleaning-related issues to maintain client satisfaction
  • Organize and lead safety and toolbox meetings to promote workplace safety awareness
  • Motivate onsite teams to enhance productivity and morale
  • Participate in client meetings to review service performance and identify improvement opportunities
  • Plan daily schedules for stationed cleaners and coordinate periodic tasks for floaters to maximize efficiency
  • Enforce adherence to environmental, work, and health safety regulations across all sites
  • Manage overall cleaning team operations to achieve service excellence
  • Perform additional administrative and operational duties as required

Required competencies and certifications

  • Valid driving license (essential for site visits and operational mobility)

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email communication to support operational reporting
  • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with teams and clients
  • Experience leading teams or managing people within the cleaning industry or similar field
  • Availability to start immediately or on short notice
  • Candidates may be subject to Mid-Career Pathways Programme (MCPP) or Career Conversion Programme (CCP) applications.
