Established in 1945, Ng Guan Seng Woodworking Industrial Pte Ltd has a long-standing presence in the woodworking industry. Our products include wooden pallets, crates and cases. We also provide custom solutions such as customized packaging, and packing service.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Management: Coordinate incoming and outgoing orders of pallets and crates, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
• Inventory Control: Track stock levels, perform regular stock checks, and update inventory records.
• Logistics Coordination: Schedule deliveries, liaise with drivers and third party logistics providers.
• Production Support: Assist with planning and scheduling production runs to meet customer requirements.
• Process Improvement: Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend solutions to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Customer Service: Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and special requests related to operations and deliveries.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure operations comply with workplace safety and government regulations.
