As a growing company, we are expanding and seeking a motivated Customer & Operations Executive to join our team. If you are keen to build a career in the luxury retail industry, this is the role for you.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Prior experience in the luxury watch or pawnshop industry is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Able to commit to retail hours (including weekends), 5 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Handle watch purchasing, price negotiation, and customer enquiries.
- Manage servicing, repairs, protective film applications, and inventory.
- Assist with watch authentication and related documentation.
- Support sales and marketing through product photography, editing, and listings.
- Perform administrative and bookkeeping tasks.
- Liaise with the Virtual Assistant team and handle ad-hoc duties as required.
