Operations Executive (Marine)

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of multiple tankers in coordination with the Chartering and internal ship management teams.
• Maintain communication with charterers, brokers, agents, and vessels on voyage instructions and itineraries.
• Ensure adherence to charter party terms, oversee agency appointments, and process relevant shipping documentation.
• Review vessel stowage and tank cleaning plans in consultation with the Head of Operations.
• Coordinate with masters, owners, and agents, providing instructions for cargo loading, discharging, and stowage.
• Oversee cargo operations and prepare related documentation.
• Provide regular updates to the Head of Operations on ongoing activities.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma qualification.
• Open to fresh graduates 1-2 years of tanker operations experience will be an advantage.
• Independent, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Resilient, adaptable, and capable of working under pressure.
• Flexible with working hours and willing to be on standby when necessary.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
