Assist the Head of Operations for the CCAs which includes those in operations and in planning. Alternate project manager in their absence.
Assist the Community Manager for CCAs in operations including coordinating with all internal & external stakeholders to enable the site operations to function optimally
Programmes formulation and management - co-ordinate with stakeholders (e.g. VWOs) for each CCA site to deliver model of care and services in a sustainable manner. Tasks include monitoring, budgeting and performance management to achieve desired results as formulated.
Support the HQ team in all matters relating to the strategic objectives of the CCAs and other Assisted Living services projects.
Provide secretariat and/or administrative support for key meetings involving Assisted Living.
Requirements:
Diploma/ Degree in any discipline
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical skills
Proactive and able to take initiative
Ability to work independently and in a team
Passion to serve seniors in the community
Preferably with 1-2 years experience in Community Care sector
