Perform necessary administrative tasks and provide daily operational support to assigned operating unit(s)/area(s), services, or programs.
Develop and nurture relationships with partners, both internal and external, to enhance operational efficiency.
Track and monitor relevant datasets, responding promptly to changes in data.
Prepare and analyze data for reports and assist in drafting various documents as required.
Ensure compliance with all service and operations standards and requirements.
Oversee the maintenance and contribute to the development of tracking and monitoring systems within the department.
Identify opportunities for enhancing service quality and make recommendations accordingly.
Assist in planning and implementing changes aimed at improving service levels and raising quality standards.
Participate in planning, implementing, and managing quality improvement projects at both Hospital-wide and Departmental levels.
Provide active support for staff training and development initiatives.
Act as a change agent to promote a mindset change for Hospital-wide/Departmental level initiatives, fostering a culture of collegiality and effective teamwork.
Job Requirement
Degree in any relevant discipline
Training will be provided to candidates with no prior experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
People-oriented with a focus on outcomes; ability to work well in a team and multitask effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Familiarity with budgeting, corporate administration, and healthcare administration concepts is advantageous.
