Short Summary

Handle loan processing & documentation in an auto financing environment. 1-year contract role with hands-on operations exposure.

Job Scope

• Process loan applications and perform data entry
• Check and verify loan documents before disbursement
• Maintain and update records (e.g. GIRO, customer details)
• Liaise with dealers, distributors, and internal teams
• Support payment processing and admin tasks

Requirements

• Min 1 year experience in admin / operations / finance support
• Experience in loan processing, hire purchase or auto financing advantageous
• Meticulous and organised
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to work independently
