F&B CustomerService Staff (Full Time/Part Time)

Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain assigned tables with proper cutlery and glassware aligned to service standards
- Have thorough knowledge of menu items including ingredients, pricing and preparation time
- Provide excellent customer service with a warm and friendly attitude
- Provide menu recommendations appropriately
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, grooming and safety at all times
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines
- Assist with any other duties assigned by Manager
Requirement:
- Prior experience in restaurant or hotel F&B is an advantage
- Passion for delivering high quality guest service
- Positive attitude, team player and good communication skills
- Able to work on rotating shifts and on a 5 days week basis inclusive of weekends and public holidays
