The Team Leader - Fitness is responsible to oversee the Fitness Centre at Damai, ensuring a well-functioning and efficient operation. You will be required to deliver exceptional fitness programs, and provide a supportive and safe environment for members and guests to achieve their fitness goals.
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma in Sport and Exercise Science or relevant Fitness Trainer Certification. e.g., Fitness Instructor Course (FIC), ACE (CPT) or equivalent NITEC (Fitness)
- Possess a valid CPR/AED and Standard First-Aid certification (preferred)
- Hyrox certification/experience (preferred)
- Proficient in both verbal and written English
- Able to work on weekends, public holidays and perform shift work
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook, Excel
- Strong team player with good interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Service oriented with an eye for details
- Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively
- Able to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment
