Operations Engineer (Aerospace MRO)
He is responsible for the overall production operations in the Aerospace MRO Activities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage production teams, oversee machine maintenance and verification, and administer the warranty process.
- Implement, improve, and manage production planning, safety culture, and lean culture within the organization.
- Build, manage and report KPIs Dashboard to the management team.
- Ensure effective and efficient corrective and preventive actions in the event of any non-conformance and non-compliance matters.
- Respond to Customers queries on TAT and technical matters.
- Ensuring disciplinary action among maintenance personnel with regards to violation of airworthiness, quality, environmental, health, safety, and security regulations and requirements.
- Support Engineering new capability development.
- Meeting TAT and achievement of targets of the company.
- Implement, improve and manage tooling control as well as consumable and raw material inventory monitoring.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Production Engineering.
- 3 years of experience in Aerospace or manufacturing environment.
- Familiar with AS9100 and EASA/FAA/CAAS/CAAC/JCAB Part 145.
- Knowledge of basic engineering and aircraft component repair.
- Able to interpret Component Repair Manuals (CMMs), Engineering Drawing, GD&T.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and technical problem-solving abilities, and an assertive yet tactful approach.
- Able to multi-task effectively, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Possess strong interpersonal and leadership abilities, complemented by exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
