Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for an Operations Assistant / Logistics Coordinator based in Singapore, with flexibility to work remotely for certain tasks. The position involves coordinating logistics, supporting operational workflows, managing schedules, and assisting with day-to-day operational tasks. It also requires liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Operations and Operations Management to support day-to-day tasks and optimize workflows.
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess processes, troubleshoot issues, and improve efficiency.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Customer Service skills to address inquiries and provide professional support to clients and partners.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using office and logistics software is a plus.
- Relevant experience or education in operations, logistics, or a similar field is highly desirable.
