Role Description

This part-time role of Operations Assistant / Logistics Coordinator is a hybrid position based in Singapore, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include coordinating daily logistics operations, managing schedules, supporting team activities, and ensuring the smooth execution of operational tasks. The selected candidate will assist in creating and implementing efficient procedures, analyze data for performance improvement, and provide exceptional support to internal teams and clients. Collaboration and effective communication will be key to success in this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Operations and Operations Management, including a strong understanding of logistics processes and workflow optimization.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to identify inefficiencies and drive data-driven process improvements.
  • Strong Communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Experience in Customer Service to manage inquiries effectively and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Proven ability to work in a hybrid work environment, combining on-site and remote tasks.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with software tools used for operations and logistics management is a plus.
