Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for an Operations Assistant/Logistics Coordinator based in Singapore, with opportunities to work remotely. The role involves coordinating logistics operations, assisting with daily operational tasks, maintaining and updating records, and supporting operational teams to ensure efficient workflows. Responsibilities also include liaising with internal and external stakeholders to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction.

- Proficient in Analytical Skills to evaluate operational processes and suggest improvements
- Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with team members, clients, and partners
- Experience in Customer Service to handle inquiries and ensure client satisfaction
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with relevant software tools or platforms used in logistics and operations management
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records and documentation
- Previous experience in an operations or logistics role is a plus
