Client is a manufacuturing company in Singapore seeking to hire a Operations & Administrative Executive
Your new role
- Oversee HR matters, including payroll and employee administration
- Handle general administrative and office coordination tasks
- Receive and process supplier invoices and issue purchase orders
- Receive, process and invoice customers orders
- Prepare payment vouchers for supplier payments
- Coordinate deliveries to customers and liaise with them on delivery timelines
- Receive and process customer orders, coordinating with production, manufacturing, and order-picking teams
- Manage and track warehouse inventory levels
- Support process improvements and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
What you'll need to succeed
- Relevant experience in operations, administration, supply chain or logistics
- Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Takes initiative, self-motivated and resourceful, with a proactive approach to problem solving
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry will be a plus
