Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Operations Admin to support our Singapore business operations. This role will assist in various administrative and coordination tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable using computers and internal systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the local business team.
- Assist in maintaining and updating data in internal systems or platforms.
- Help business teams place orders and coordinate with suppliers for retail store needs (e.g., cleaning tools, packaging, display items).
- Handle simple logistics tasks such as arranging couriers, booking transport, or collecting/delivering items.
- Support basic data entry, document filing, and record keeping.
- Help prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Support on-site tasks during office events, store openings, or team activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments on simple tasks.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the team.
Requirements
- Diploma in any field.
- 23 years of relevant admin or operations support experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); comfortable using internal systems and tools.
- Able to multi-task, follow instructions, and work well with different teams.
- Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to handle hands-on tasks when needed.
- Able to communicate in English; Chinese is a plus (for liaising with internal teams or suppliers).
