Job Description:
- Ensure service request management processes adhere to established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Generate and compile comprehensive weekly and monthly operational reports.
- Maintain and manage monthly billing trackers to ensure accurate financial oversight.
- Oversee account management and SSL certificate tracking systems to ensure compliance and timely renewals.
- Coordinate meeting schedules and manage room booking arrangements for departmental activities.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in administrative support or IT operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of IT service management frameworks and certificate management would be advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Work Arrangement
- Working Schedule - Monday to Thursday: 8.30am to 6pm, Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Contract Duration - 1 November 2025 to 31 March 2026

- Salary: $3000-$4500/month
