Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Workforce Management

  • Oversee the daily deployment of workers across multiple client sites.
  • Ensure timely scheduling, allocation, and replacement of workers to meet client requirements.
  • Supervise lorry scheduling, transport planning, and dormitory occupancy.

System Development & Process Improvement

  • Develop and implement structured systems for tracking manpower, site allocation, lorry movement, expenses, and client billing.
  • Standardize processes across operations to reduce errors, improve efficiency, and ensure accountability.
  • Introduce reporting tools (Excel, Google Forms, dashboards) for real-time updates and decision-making.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring manpower needs are fulfilled on time.
  • Handle client requests, complaints, and negotiations with professionalism.
  • Build long-term partnerships and contribute to client retention and growth.

Team & Leadership

  • Lead and mentor supervisors, coordinators, and drivers to maintain discipline and performance standards.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Strategic & Business Growth

  • Work closely with management to identify new business opportunities and expand client base.
  • Forecast manpower demand and prepare for scaling workforce operations.
  • Contribute to budgeting, cost control, and financial efficiency in operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in manpower supply / construction / logistics / engineering industries.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
  • Solid understanding of MOM regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using Excel, Google Workspace, or other digital tracking tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English required additional languages a plus).
  • Class 3 driving license is an advantage.
