Operation Executive

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Security Operations Executive to join our team. The Security Operations Executive will play a vital role in maintaining security at our sites, overseeing manpower deployment, conducting On-the-Job Training (OJT), and ensuring the safety and security of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a minimum diploma qualification, strong leadership skills, and a proactive approach to security operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee security operations at designated sites

- Handle manpower deployment and scheduling of security personnel

- Conduct On-the-Job Training (OJT) for security staff

- Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures

- Monitor security equipment and ensure proper functioning

- Respond to security incidents and investigate breaches

- Coordinate with external stakeholders on security matters

- Assist in Overall Controller Duties

Requirements:

- Minimum Diploma qualification in a related field

- Proven experience in security operations and management

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of security best practices and procedures

- Proficiency in security systems and technology

- Willing to work in shifting duties

Salary Offer:

Up to $4,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
