- Oversees and monitor on a daily basis Bus Transport Operations
- Liaise with Client's Transport Team
- Manage offshore team duty roster and job assignment to drivers
- Assist to source for Client's replacement bus for last min cancellation by assigned drivers
- Liaise with Subcontractor on assigned jobs, rules and responsibility
- Conduct periodical check on in-house and subcon driver's performance and on-board equipment
- Create CMS for any new route or route changes when required
- Monitor the usage of In-house app for in-house and subcon drivers
- Work closely with IT team on system enhancement
- Cover offshore team role when required
- Served as a backup driver when required
- Any other roles assigned by Manager
Experience / Qualifications
- Knowledge of excel and Powerpoint
- Good Customer Service and Communication skill
- Good knowledge of Singapore Roads
- Class 3 + BDVL
- Relevant work experience will be advantageous
- 5 days work week
- Work Location : Gul Circle
- Other duties assigned by immediate superior
