Operation Executive - Airfreight Import / Export

This is a full-time opportunity to join the dynamic team at AWOT GLOBAL LOGISTICS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. as an Operation Executive - Airfreight Import / Export.

Based in the Changi East Region, you will be responsible for coordinating the import or export of air freight shipments.

What you'll be doing

. Handle end-to-end process for both air import or export shipments efficiently and accurately

. To ensure accurate and timely production of relevant export documentation and declarations (eg. HAWB, MAWB, manifest, pre-alerts), customs declaration, Trade-net operations and billings

. Perform general shipping functions including system data entries

. Timely follow up, coordinate and communicate shipment information with stakeholders (ie subcontractors, Air lines, shipping agents, freight forwarders, customers and overseas offices)

. Correspond and follow up on emails

. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior

What we're looking for

. Pass holders are welcome to apply

. Possess a good working attitude, hardworking, and able to perform under pressure

. Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines

. A team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

. Minimum 2 years of working experience in freight forwarding companies

. Candidates without experience are welcome to apply - training will be provided

. Eagerness to learn and grow within the logistics and freight forwarding industry
