The Role
As an Office Administrator, you play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. Your contributions will help maintain a positive and efficient work environment.This is a part-time/ flexible work arrangement.
Office Management
- Manage general office upkeep including facility repairs, office supplies and cleanliness.
- Maintain upkeep of pantry area and replenishing pantry supplies.
- Liaise with vendors and contractors for IT maintenance, facilities maintenance, renovations and utilities.
- Maintain records of service contracts and schedule ad-hoc maintenance activities as required.
- Support vendor accreditations and client portal submissions.
- Work closely with the Finance to process expenses and claims.
- Support Management & Leadership Team with administrative matters and travel arrangement.
- Welcome and assist clients and key visitors professionally.
- Other ad hoc tasks / projects as and when needed as per business requirements.
Human Resources
- Manage attendance and leave system for Singapore office.
- Assist with onboarding arrangements including workspace setup, escorting new hires, and coordinating access to communication channels.
- Manage internal tools and systems such as time-tracking and resource trackers.
- Assist in organising company events, team activities and employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Candidates must have at least one year working experience with relevant in office administration in an office setting
- Positive attitude, independent but a good team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
- Ability to prioritise urgent and important tasks
- Good writing and communication skills
- Able to work independently and work under tight deadlines
- Good problem-solving skills
