We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Office Coordinator (Singaporeans / PR only) to ensure smooth day-to-day operations in our office. In this role, you will manage office administration, coordinate meetings and travel, support HR processes, and provide general assistance to staff and management.
What You'll Do:
. Handle office operations, supplies, and vendor coordination
. Support HR with onboarding, attendance, and employee records
. Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements
. Assist finance with invoices, expenses, and petty cash
. Provide administrative support to management and teams
What We're Looking For:
. Strong organizational and multitasking skills
. Good communication and MS Office proficiency
